Help us
grow local businesses.

Mentor Bay Area entrepreneurs to build an economy that works for all.

Overview

Become an ICA Advisor.

When Bay Area entrepreneurs build local businesses, they create wealth for the owners and their employees. While talent is equally distributed, social and financial capital is not. Women and people of color are systematically excluded from mentoring and financing opportunities to scale their businesses.

That’s where you come in. As a successful professional, you have the opportunity to help close this gap by serving as an ICA pro bono advisor. Use your expertise to help business owners chart a sustainable growth strategy and create good jobs.

“Working with ICA gave me broad tools that allowed me to analyze our company from different angles. It also helped me identify what kind of leader I was and what was my weakness. We really enjoyed the Accelerator and the special relationship with the hands-on ICA team. It is always good to know that there is a team that is willing to have your back.”
