Why I work at ICA
Because the work that we do truly makes an impact in the small business community and beyond. Growing up in the Mission District in San Francisco, I have seen so many small businesses close over the years due to lack of resources. There is a huge need for organizations like ICA in the Bay Area that focuses primarily on underrepresented entrepreneurs. There are so many amazing entrepreneurs that are already doing incredible things — imagine what they can do with additional support, resources, and capital!
