Mentor Bay Area entrepreneurs to build an economy that works for all.
When Bay Area entrepreneurs build local businesses, they create wealth for the owners and their employees. While talent is equally distributed, social and financial capital is not. Women and people of color are systematically excluded from mentoring and financing opportunities to scale their businesses.
That’s where you come in. As a successful professional, you have the opportunity to help close this gap by serving as an ICA pro bono advisor. Use your expertise to help business owners chart a sustainable growth strategy and create good jobs.
If you are a successful business owner, executive, or industry expert who is interested in providing mentorship, education, and resources to growing ICA companies, we'd love to have you on the ICA advisor team.
Being an ICA Advisor is best suited for professionals who:
Can support companies pro-bono
Have experience working with small businesses
Have deep passion and interest for supporting entrepreneurs to help close the gender and racial wealth gap.
Have a willingness to meet entrepreneurs where they are
