High-potential, early-stage businesses
Currently generating revenue
In operation for a minimum of one year
Focused on strategic growth and fundraising in the next 12 to 18 months
Ready and able to fully participate
12 weeks to work on the three pillars: growth strategy, capital landscape and investment readiness.
A commitment of 5 hrs/week and attendance at every session is mandatory to participate. Program runs May 8th - July 31st.

Cohort based, in-person and virtual workshops centered on strategic learnings and practical takeaways. In-person sessions will take place in Downtown Oakland.

Business Structure & Business Model Evaluation: Optimize your business structure and model in preparation for raising capital, strategic growth, and success.
Path to Profitability: Create a plan to reach or increase current profitability.
Growth Visioning: Strengthen your growth vision and identify the resources needed to achieve it.
Capital Readiness: Explore and learn about the types of capital needed to support your growth vision.
Graduates of the Lab will be eligible to apply for ICA’s founder-friendly impact capital ($25K–$1M) when your business is ready. Capital is not immediate or guaranteed.
