ICA Fund mentors and invests in founders of color and women entrepreneurs. We support high-potential companies through our accelerator programs and through long-term, flexible capital. ICA Fund has helped over 800 Bay Area founders grow their businesses and has invested over $12M in 55 companies with 90¢ of every dollar to entrepreneurs of color or women.

Our 12-week accelerator will make you a more confident entrepreneur with a clear plan for growth and the tools — and community — to reach your goals. Companies that work with ICA are run by founders committed to making a difference in their community by creating good jobs and building inclusive wealth. Applications are open from January 10th - February 9th, 2025. The Accelerator program runs from May 8th - July 31st. A commitment of 5hrs/week and attendance at every session is mandatory to participate.

What will I learn?

With the ICA Fund Accelerator, you get 12 weeks of hands-on support to help you work on your business, in community, with expert mentorship.

We offer two tailored program tracks: one for early-stage companies and the other for growth-stage companies. We will place you in the track that will best serve you as a founder. See curriculum overview here.

What happens after?

Community: Join our alumni community, which includes access to our private virtual space, workshops, events, and peer connections.

‍Connections: Have lifetime access to ICA’s resources through thought partnership, connections to advisors, and opportunities.

‍Capital: Be eligible to apply for our founder-friendly impact capital when your business is ready. Check sizes range from $25K-$50K for Seed and up to $1M for Growth. Capital is not immediate or guaranteed.
