Time



12 weeks to work on the four pillars: growth strategy, people strategy, capital strategy and investment readiness.



On average 20 hours per month with your cohort in structured workshops and with your strategic advisor.

Cohort based, in-person and virtual workshops centered on strategic learnings and practical takeaways.

1-on-1 mentoring session with high-caliber advisors to put learnings into action.
