Last year, ICA accelerated 143 small businesses – 75% owned by women and entrepreneurs of color. ICA’s mentoring and investments helped our businesses grow revenues by 22% and secure more than $17MM in additional capital in 2019 alone.

The businesses ICA served in 2019 employed 547 workers, and paid nearly $16MM in wages to Bay Area workers in our communities.
