With the rollback of Roe v. Wade this past Friday, we want to recognize that healthcare access has a direct impact on economic mobility. As an organization committed to closing the racial and gender wealth gaps, we know this decision will impact women of color, especially Black women, disproportionately. We mourn the loss of independence and choice for so many here in the US. A just society is only possible when we protect the rights of all of our citizens.
