Over the last few weeks, I have enjoyed sharing pieces of ICA’s Impact Report with you – from our key accomplishments to our inspiring entrepreneurs – underscoring my commitment to our mission of closing the racial and gender wealth gaps by accelerating great businesses.

Now, as we near the end of a tumultuous and unpredictable year, I invite you to look ahead with us. We have a vision of an economy that works for all.
