As we serve our community through the many challenges of 2020, we are excited to reflect on what we accomplished together in 2019. ICA’s annual Impact Report – which was significantly delayed due to the pandemic – reflects our commitment to accountability to our entrepreneurs, advisors, supporters, and stakeholders.
2019 was an important year for ICA: we introduced our new CEO, Allison Kelly, reimagined our mission, and went deeper to serve companies run by women and people of color.
ICA’s mission to accelerate great businesses starts and ends with our entrepreneurs. In our 2019 Impact Report, you can hear their stories firsthand, written directly by our entrepreneurs: Fernay McPherson of Minnie Bell’s Soul Movement, Maria Palacio of Progeny Coffee, and Reem Assil, founder of Reem’s California.
You can also read about the 143 companies we served, which employed 547 workers, how our companies raised more than $17,000,000 in outside investments, and how we continue to work towards our new vision: an economy that works for all.
We are grateful for your continuing support, and invite you to read our impact report here.
