In this workshop brought to you by Start Small Think Big and ICA, we will cover whether to pursue patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality and/or non-disclosure agreements, and what protection each offers.
Facilitated by experienced attorney Heidi Kim, and Start Small Think Big legal fellow Jordan Hameen, this workshop will offer space for discussing how best to protect the valuable assets of your business, whether it's your recipe, product, business name and logo, branding, or something else, so that you can maximize your business' value and growth. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions!
Looking forward to seeing you there!
