Tacos El Ultimo Baile | Oakland, CA.
Dominic Prado founded Tacos El Último Baile and named it in honor of his late grandmother (“El Último Baile” means “The Last Dance” in Spanish). In addition to taqueria staples, like carne asada and al pastor, Dominic’s tacos feature chicken spiced with Ethiopian berbere and even vegan chorizo. Tacos El Último Baile remains open through the pandemic, popping up, most often, around Oakland’s Lake Merritt.
