In our 25th year, ICA is now offering two programs for high potential, good-job-creating companies to scale operations: The Lab and The Accelerator. Whether you run an established business and are looking to think strategically about your trajectory or have an early-stage company looking to get stabilize and get ready to scale, we've got you covered. While funding is not a guarantee, companies who complete programs at ICA are eligible to be evaluated for investment from ICA.

The Lab at ICA
The Lab at ICA is our newest program designed specifically for early-stage, high-growth companies looking to stabilize, scale, and get ready for capital. The Lab takes place over 4 weeks and helps entrepreneurs optimize business models, identify paths to increased profitability, develop growth visions, and learn about proper accounting procedures.Participants who complete The Lab are eligible to be evaluated for seed capital up to $50,000.
The Accelerator at ICA
The Accelerator, our flagship program launched in 2016, is designed for established high-potential companies looking to think strategically about their business trajectory and become investment-ready through workshops and direct advising over 4 months. The Accelerator at ICA focuses on growth strategy, raising growth capital beyond micro-financing, people and culture, and investment readiness, and is geared at established businesses ready to take the next step in growth. Entrepreneurs who complete the Accelerator are able to be evaluated for up to $500,000 in investment.
