Why I work at ICA

A diverse ecosystem is one that thrives, but our current economic structures are designed to route resources to those with the most privilege and means. I'm here because we're proving out that a different model of finance can work. We can be an accountable community partner, a non-extractive investor, and a responsible steward of assets -- all while ensuring that systemically overlooked small businesses have the financial and social capital needed to succeed.
